Project Overview
The concept behind PDF Zap Me was a web-based application built around document conversion and workflow automation. The product was intended to help users process PDF files and convert them into other usable formats through a streamlined digital experience. I developed the brand identity, logo system, and overall direction for the application as a full app and web brand.
Brand System & Interface Design
Brand Strategy
The visual strategy was built around clarity and instant recognition. PDF Zap Me used a single-color identity rooted in red, drawing from the familiar visual language associated with PDFs. The broader concept included a family of related tools such as Docx Zap Me and XLS Zap Me, each tied to the recognizable color associations of its corresponding file type. This created a modular identity system designed for expansion.
Application Interface
Outcome
PDF Zap Me represents my approach to product branding at its strongest: not just designing a logo, but building a complete identity and interface vision for a digital product. From naming and brand system design to UX/UI concepts and application flow, the project was imagined as a fully realized SaaS experience.
